Jon S. Haas, CLP, President of Triad, has worked in the Finance and Leasing Industry since 1970, handling responsibilities in all facets of the business, including Credit and Collections; Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Training; Operations; Portfolio Acquisitions; Direct, Vendor and Third Party Funding; and Executive Management.  Jon has been instrumental in moving the company into other industries with his expertise in general operations and business process re-engineering. Linda S. Haas, Executive Vice President of Triad, has been in the credit/commercial finance industry for over 25 years. Her expertise includes credit analysis, collections, fraud prevention, operations, personnel management, and marketing.  Linda is the driving force behind the operations of Triad and its expansion into other industries outside the Commercial Finance area.  Linda's organizational skills and ability to work with all types of personalities has enabled Triad to become involved in the Human Resources functions, and along with Jon's credentials in the Meyers/Briggs testing, help their clients improve employee retention and reduce costly turn-over.  (Lhaas@triad-group.com)
